I think I can say that I eat pretty healthy when I first signed up for the 21-Day Sugar Detox. I did get tired around 3pm in the afternoon but my days were full like I’m sure yours are too. I didn’t feel rested in the morning but that’s normal – or not?

What will I eat on the 21-Day Sugar Detox? 

The 21-Day Sugar Detox is a whole food based program. You will eat fresh and nourishing food and a meal plan for the entire duration is provided for you if you decide to follow it. You can also choose from dozens of recipes and sometimes we come up with our own creations in our group.  

THE 21DSD IS BROKEN DOWN INTO 3 DIFFERENT LEVELS OF ENTRY TO MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE. WE’LL FIND THE RIGHT LEVEL FOR YOU WITH THE HELP OF A SHORT QUIZ: 

  • Level 1 includes some full fat dairy and gluten free grains 

  • Level 2 includes full fat dairy only 

  • Level 3 no grains / no dairy 

Each of these levels come equipped with a yes / no food list to make this program super simple. Also available are modifications for pescetarians, athletes, people with autoimmune issues and pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
