Hi, I’m Claudia Haller, a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Havening Practitioner, and Hormone Health Specialist.
I help women in their 50s who feel overwhelmed, distracted, and frustrated with their health find clarity, consistency, and confidence again.
After years of juggling family, business, and midlife transitions myself, I know how easy it is to lose track of what matters most and how powerful it feels to take your energy and focus back.

All sessions are live on Zoom in a small group setting (maximum 15 participants). I'll guide the session with teaching, reflection prompts, and group discussion. You'll have the chance to ask questions, share wins, and connect with other women on the same journey.

I encourage it because connection is a big part of what makes this work, but I understand some people are camera-shy. As long as you're engaged (using the chat, participating verbally), you're welcome to keep your camera off if needed.

Each enrollment is for one person. The group dynamic works best when everyone has enrolled individually and is personally committed to their own growth. That said, if you have a friend who wants to join, you can both enroll separately - and I'd love to have you both!
Logistics & Scheduling

I totally understand - life is unpredictable. You'll get the recording and materials for any session you miss. However, to get the most value, I encourage you to prioritize attending live when possible. The group accountability and real-time coaching are a big part of what makes this effective.

About My Approach

Not at all. My approach is grounded in behavioral science, health coaching principles, and practical psychology. I am a National Board Certified- Health and Wellness coach certified through the National Board of Certified Health and Wellness Coaches. There's no manifesting, crystals, or spiritual practices - unless that's something you personally want to incorporate.
That said, we do talk about values, mindfulness, and self-compassion because those are proven elements of lasting change.

No - and that's intentional. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I'll guide you through a process to identify what habits make sense for your life, values, and goals. You're the expert on you; I'm here to coach you through the process.

This program is about building sustainable habits. While giving medical advice is out of my scope of practice, I do believe that the principles we cover - micro-habits, environmental design, resilience - can absolutely support whatever health goals you're working on.

No. While some participants choose to work on nutrition-related habits, this isn't a meal plan or weight loss program. We focus on the process of habit change, which you can apply to any area of your life - movement, sleep, stress management, routines, relationships, etc.
About the Group Dynamic

I get it - not everyone wants to be in the spotlight. Here's the good news: you can participate as much or as little as you're comfortable with. Some people share during every session; others mostly listen and chime in occasionally. Both are completely fine.
The group size is small enough (15 max) so that it never feels overwhelming or like you're lost in a crowd.

The beauty of a diverse group is that everyone brings different perspectives and experiences. You might not become best friends with everyone, but you'll likely find at least a few people you connect with. And honestly? Sometimes the most valuable insights come from people who are different from us.
After the Program

You'll have access to all recordings and workbooks for 30 days after the program ends. This gives you plenty of time to revisit content, but I encourage you to implement what you've learned rather than just collecting materials.
Any materials you download, like your workbooks, are yours forever.
